BMA Colorado Regional Conference
All good businesses are focused on the needs of their customers. But the change in B2B buying presents both opportunities and challenges for connecting with your target audience.
We’re calling this year’s conference Customerization. It’s recognition that while the changes in the B2B customer journey put customers in control of the conversation, new tools and technology allow marketers to provide better experiences and deliver richer insights.
This all-day conference is a chance to learn more about how your marketing efforts can better server your customers and how customer-centricity can be leveraged as a business advantage.
Plus, you’ll have the chance to meet, mingle and network with B2B marketing professionals from across Colorado in a setting designed for the easy exchange of ideas and expertise.
Key Steps for Increasing Marketing Influence and Success - Michelle Smith, OC Tanner at 9:00 AM
Last year, the ANA commissioned GfK to field research with the goal of answering two questions:
1. Why do many B2B marketers struggle to be viewed by their leaders as vital, strategic assets?
2. How can B2B Marketers become catalysts for company growth?
The research was able to gather several valuable insights – some of which were expected, and some began to paint a comprehensive picture of what’s happening in B2B marketing today. And although we hesitate to claim we found the ‘silver bullet,’ we believe we can credibly suggest a new path forward that has huge upside potential for marketers. Hear about the research results, and to join the discussion on how to apply and benefit from the findings.
